Our Company Registration Process
Once you select a package, follow these six simple stages to complete your company registration.

Name Reservation
2.1 Send your preferred name
Send us your preferred company/business name for reservation.
2.2 Make the first payment
Make a payment of Rs. 6,000 for name reservation. This is the first payment from your selected package. Send us the payment confirmation.

3.1 NIC copies
Send clear NIC copies of the directors, shareholders and company secretary.
3.2 Business information
Send the required business-related information using the format we provide.
3.3 Personal TIN
Provide the personal TIN details/certificates of the relevant directors and shareholders.
Prepare, Verify & Submit
4.1 We prepare the applications
After name approval, we prepare the incorporation applications and send them to you for verification.
4.2 Sign the applications
You can visit our office to sign or complete the applicable signing process online. We will guide you.
4.3 Make the balance payment
The balance payment is due when signing/submitting the documents, as we will use this payment to proceed with the application and associated payments.

Once your Business Registration is approved, we will apply for the company TIN where this service is included in your selected package.

From Name Reservation to Company Documents
Before You Start
Are the package prices for one director?
Yes. The package prices are based on a one-director private limited company. Each additional director is Rs. 5,000.
What is the first payment?
Rs. 6,000 is the first payment towards your selected package and is paid at the name reservation stage.
When do I make the balance payment?
The balance payment is due when the incorporation applications are ready for verification and signing/submission.
How long does the process take?
Name reservation generally takes around 3–6 working days. After submission, incorporation approval generally takes around 10–15 working days. These are estimated processing periods and can vary.
Can I sign the documents online?
We will guide you through the applicable signing process. You can also visit our office where applicable.
Can you courier my documents?
Yes. You can collect your documents from our office or request courier delivery. Courier charges may apply.
