No. New businesses can start with our accounting system setup service and move to monthly accounting when the business becomes active and regular accounting support is required.
What is included in the Rs.15,000 setup?
The Complete Accounting Setup includes QuickBooks Desktop setup, Chart of Accounts, bank/customer/supplier setup, opening balances, basic invoice setup, accounting configuration, staff training and one-day setup and handover.
Can I maintain the accounts myself after the setup?
Yes. The purpose of the setup and training service is to establish the system and help your staff understand how to maintain the accounting records.
Can Sandaras take over the accounting later?
Yes. When your business grows, you can move to one of our monthly accounting packages starting from Rs.15,000 per month.
Which accounting software can you provide?
We can arrange accounting systems using QuickBooks Desktop or Zoho Books, depending on your business requirements and preferred working method.
Are tax and VAT services included?
Tax, VAT and other specialised services may be provided separately or included where specifically agreed in the scope of your accounting package.
Can the setup be completed in one day?
Basic and standard setups can generally be completed within one working day when all required business information and opening balances are available. More complex setups may require additional time.
Are the monthly package prices fixed for every business?
The displayed prices are starting package prices. The final fee may depend on transaction volume, number of bank accounts, employees, inventory, reporting requirements and other workload.
